8.25 pm, I sudah standby tutup lampu dirumah I. Then, I sitting together with my brother outside my house balcony to see KLCC view. I'm waiting and excited to see how KLCC turn off the light. Here some snaps I taken during the Earth Hour.

Tugasan

This week I quit tired sikit sebab nak settled tugasan-tugasan yang ada,antaranya

1. Clearing reconcilation scanning document on Dec 08.
   > This 1 I hope I akan dapat cleared esok by 5pm.
   
2. Homework Financial Accounting.
   > Headache bila tak dapat balance figure on Trial Balance Sheet for 2 times. Tapi tadi tepat pukul 4.50pm, I berjaya dapat balance figure. Excited sangat sebab baru belajar kan. So lepas ini I nak fahamkan and memorized on how to do Balance Sheet & Income Statement pula.
   
3. Emergency slide amendment.
   > Last late night around 11.45pm, Ejad (my ex-colleague during I'm working with OUM) called I nak minta tolong amend slide presentation yang nak kene present keesokkan harinya. He fetch me around 12.15am, then we took supper at Koboi Western Restaurant near by my house sambil makan sambil amend slide dia until 3am. I balik rumah, around 3.15am baru tidur then wake up at 6.50am. Sampai office terus beli nescafe, konon nak hilangkan mengantuk. Tetapi macam kurang berkesan, so I terpaksa la pergi singgah-singgah bay my colleagues, kacau-kacau diorang buat kerja. Then sharp 12pm, I ambil bantal peluk, pergi bay my colleague Eki sebab location bay Eki line clear and tidur for half an hour. Dapat tidur sekejap pun jadi la.
   
4. Calculating Cost Vacation to Kuantan Tembeling Resort.
   > Inilah tugas yang paling penting yang telah diamanat pada I daripada my MAMALIAN babes & dudes. This 1 still pending lagi. I tak buat sebarang pengiraan lagi. Once done I will send the cost and the details via your mail ye babes & dudes.... ;)

Just a Small Story

I nak share dengan you all, the most favourite junk mail yang I received today from my colleague. Hanya small story tapi sangat meaningful to know.

A Small
Story...........

A boy and a girl were playing together. The boy had a collection of marbles. The girl had some sweets with her. The boy told the girl that he will give her all his marbles in exchange for her sweets. The girl agreed. The boy kept the biggest and the most beautiful marble aside and gave the rest to the girl. The girl gave him all her sweets as she had promised. That night, the girl slept peacefully. But the boy couldn't sleep as he kept wondering if the girl had hidden some sweets from him the way he had hidden his best marble.

Moral of the
story....

If you don't give your hundred percent in a relationship, you'll always keep doubting if the other person has given his/her hundred percent..
This is applicable for any relationship like love, friendship, employer-employee relationship etc., Give your hundred percent to everything you do and sleep peacefully.

~Be sure that you appreciate Everything you've got, And be thankful for the little things in life.....that mean a lot~

Last night I went out with my cousin having dinner at DELIcious beside PNB Building in centre of KL. The place memang quit exclusive and the food price memang expensive. But for me if nak makan ditempat-tempat macam ini, I akan pergi paling the most pun 2 kali setahun.

Kesinambungan siri MARAH SANGAT...!!!!

As per my title post, sure you know already how the story began. For those who don't know, you should read the previous entry post first to get more better understanding.

Kesabaran I sudah sampai kemuncak. And so sorry to DIA sebab from now on, I terpaksa tunjukkan sikap kurang ajar I since you are to much!!!

Several days ago, my team leader had a progression meeting with DIA. Then my team leader tanya DIA why 1 of the request from Glasgow cause delayed?

TL: DIA, I wanna ask you? Why retrieval request cause delayed. I know Glasgow give us 10 working days dateline. Because I'm wondering, last January, Azza did 300++ retrieval request in 6 working days while you take 10 working days for retrieve 223 document?

DIA: No one teached me how to sort Date Received data in Excel. Because I have to pull out the document 1 by 1. For example, No. 1 document is received on 2 February, so I go to search the documents on whole 2 February stack. Then on No. 2 document is received on 3 February, so I go to search the documents on whole 3 February stack. But suddenly on No. 3 document is received on 2 February, so I have to go through back the whole 2 February back. That's why it cause delayed, because the Date Received in the retrieval request report is not sort in order.

TL: Azza, can you come here for a while?

(Dalam hati I berkata "Apa lagi la DIA ni putar belit alam?")

CikPetiteLady: Yes, I'm coming.

TL: Azza, you tak ajar DIA ke how to sort Date Received data in Excel?

CikPetiteLady: Normally, masa I buat, even I tak sort Date Received data in Excel pun, what will I do is once I hold 1 Date of stack document, I akan keluarkan semua required document with the same Date Received.

TL: DIA, kenapa you tak buat macam tu?

DIA: I did the same way as what she metioned just now.
(Well DIA da start putar belit cerita. Then immediately my team leader interupe)

TL: DIA, just now you said, you pull out the document 1 by 1. Then when Azza coming and she told me how she did then you said you did same way on how she did. If you did the same way, it not cause on delayed..!!!!
(Team leader dah start bengang)

DIA: No, Azza have teached me on how to copy paste on Excel....

TL: I'm not asking you on how to copy paste on Excel. I'm asking you why it cause a delayed??

(This time CikPetiteLady dah start blow up her patient, while DIA try to twisted the story around the world)

TL: You kata Azza didn't teached you. Then you dah tukar cerita lain!! This is to much!! I can't except. Dulu you keep saying that you are still new, you are not familliar with the task. Then when we give you a task, you can't manage to do it even people already teached you so many time.

(DIA pun sudah mula berdengus dan buat muka)

TL: If you are not satisfied with me, please talk now. Don't do your reaction like that!!!

(Setepek DIA kena sound)

TL: Now I'm asking you, from 1 to 10, how you rate yourself on Excel knowledge? 1 is worst and 10 is good?

DIA: 2

TL: Okay, Azza, from now on, what ever you teached her on Excel, you have to teached her from A to Z. Seems like she know less about Excel.

CikPetiteLady: Can I just give an online training link rather than I go personally teached?
(I purposely suggested in front of DIA. Biar DIA tahu I dah malas nak ajar DIA sebab akan buang masa I yang emas dan berharga. Then later after I teached DIA, when DIA can't do, DIA akan blame I lagi)

TL: Yes, sure.
(Team leader dah bagi Green Light. Yahoo...!!!!)

After that meeting, memang I dah tak cakap dengan DIA lagi personally. Yang part paling best sekali, I ternampak DIA jeling I. Wah, for me this is a good drama started. Okay, fine. Even you are older than me it doesn't mean if you rude with me I can't rude with you. Jangan sampai I betul-betul rebus task description and suruh dia minum sudah (as what Affa has suggested on previous post entry. p/s It's very good idea dude, I think I really will use it 1 day. Just wait ,once my patient tempreture blast).

Rancangan Percutian yang BUDGET

In my previous, I ada cerita dengan you all semua that me and my colleagues planning vacation to Redang around this May. But unfortunately, due to budget and economic, some of them can't make it.

Nak kata frust to me, tidak sama sekali. Sebab I dapat jangka dengan draft budget yang I proposed last time to them memang agak tinggi. Memandangkan hati I sudah berkobar-kobar dan dengan nekadnya I mahu pergi bercuti juga this year to somewhere place yang tenang dan have fun.

So I contacted 1 of my friend who work at CIMB. Dia pernah informed I yang dia boleh dapatkan resort murah under staff rate. Then dia beritahu I the listed resort with 3 rooms in 1 apartment

1. Langkawi at Pekan Kuah - RM50 per/nite > REJECT-DAH PERNAH PERGI
2. Cameron Highland - RM50 per/nite > JAUH NYA NAK TRAVEL SENDIRI
3. Pulau Pangkor -RM100 per/nite > MAHAL SIKIT DARI YANG LAIN
4. Kuantan Tembeling Resort -RM50 per/nite > INTRESTING, DEKAT; lets we look the place

Tempat ini sudah membuat I teruja sekali. And the place is just take 5 minutes driving to Teluk Chempedak. Resort ini pun ada sediakan BBQ pit and so many facilities.

My Movie Day

Supposed I pergi tengok wayang on Friday, tetapi terpaksa cancle last minute even ticket sudah pun dibeli. So last night I sms 2 of my neighbours ajak pergi tengok wayang today at Pavillion. I tak boleh tangguh timing lagi sebab banyak lagi movie yang best akan start keluar by end of this month. So kepada "Lelaki Itu" sorry, I can't wait for you.

We all start with Race to Witch Mountain at 12pm.

Movie ini sangat best. Ianya lain daripada fiksyen movie yang biasa dilihat. The Rock pula I rasa sudah boleh join berlakon dengan Ben Steller in the future sebab ada ciri-ciri funny macam Ben Steller. Then dalam movie The Rock nampak agak kurus sedikit, sudah tak tough macam dulu.

After finished watching Race to Witch Mountain at 2pm, we all pergi makan di Food Republic. Macam biasa, kalau I pergi sana, sure I akan order Seafood Fride Rice at Little Wok.

At 2.45pm, we all pun masuk balik panggung watching Dragonball Evolution. Inilah antara movie yang I tunggu. But then jalan cerita movie ini terlalu simple pula. Tidak banyak action yang berlaku, tetapi action movie ini memang nampak berlainan daripada filem-filem action lain yang ala-ala kung fu. And story ending pun expected macam yang biasa kita tengok dalam anime. Movie timing pula terlalu short.

Sandal Kesayanganku Putus

Ini lah yang terjadi pada pagi tadi selepas I turun daripada bas. No wonder I felt not balance while I walked. Rupa-rupanya, sandal kesayanganku putus.

MARAH SANGAT...!!!!!

Apa perasaan you all apabila we treat people very nicely but at the end they backstabing us back? Mesti you all MARAH kan.....That's what I've felt now.

Mid of January ago, new team member has coming. I dah kenal DIA since DIA with other team department. Pada awal I kenal DIA, DIA is very talkative and look nicely. Then I ada dengar-dengar la juga from her partner colleague yang tak suka dengan DIA sebab in terms of kerja, DIA jenis yang tak faham bahasa. Keep asking people the same thing how to do and what to do until that people fed up. Tapi masa itu, I hanya mampu beri nasihat upaya banyak bersabar dengan orang macam DIA ini. Dan I siap cakap to that person "Biasa la kak, orang baru nak belajar, mestilah banyak nak tanya. Akak sabar ye..." . That person replied me "Kau tak faham Za ape yang akak rasa. Akak fed up sangat"

Until when DIA come to our team, kami terima kehadiran DIA dengan hati yang gembira. Kerana our team are very friendly team. Pada awal kemasukan dalam team, biasalah belum ada kerja fresh lagi yang boleh handover pada DIA. Team Leader dalam process request the required access for DIA. Itupun, selepas 2 minggu didalam team DIA sudah mula buat kerja asas dahulu.

Pada suatu hari, ada 1 request daripada user. So that time, I fikir better I handover pada DIA supaya DIA boleh learn the actuall process. Sambil I handover, sambil itu juga lah I ajar. Kalau nak ikutkan sudah 2 kali DIA diajar bagaimana hendak melakukan kerja itu. Sepanjang I ajar DIA bagaimana hendak melakukannya, I memang realize yang DIA sebenarnya tidak pay attention. Jadi I pun keep asking DIA "You faham tak so far what I do now ?" And DIA hanya mengangguk sahaja. Pada I, kalau orang tu sudah dengan confident mengangguk kepala tanda faham, it means DIA betul-betul faham.

2 days later, my team leader do assessment on DIA. I sangat terkejut apabila I dengar DIA lansung tidak boleh performed the basic task. Bila team leader I tengok status tracking report, ada nama DIA do that request, my team leader query DIA

TL: Ini macam mana you buat?
DIA: Owh, this one Azza did, she just ask me to do for her
TL: But I've heard on evening Azza came to your place and teached you right?
DIA: Yes, she came here, but she do it very fastly. I can't remember what she doing

Selepas assessment itu, team leader I come to me and query me

TL: Azza, last week you suruh DIA buat retrieval ker?
CikPetiteLady: A'ah
TL: You ajar DIA tak macam mana nak buat?
CikPetiteLady: Eh, I ajar dia petang tu
TL: I tahu, actually I dengar masa you ajar DIA. Tapi tadi masa I buat assessment kat DIA, DIA kata you tak ajar DIA (my team leader story me the conversation as above dialog)
CikPetiteLady: What??? DIA kata I tak ajar DIA. Suara I dah nak naik habis ajar DIA sampai the whole team can here my voice, DIA kata I tak ajar DIA.
TL: Takpe, I nak hantar e-mail to DIA lepas ni and ask DIA workshadow again with you. And you must ensure, you list topic yang you ajar DIA dalam Excel sheet dan once you dah ajar DIA you suruh DIA sign. Atleast you have black and white evidence. DIA ni I tengok banyak sangat excuse

Jadi, bermulalah operasi I. Memandangkan DIA sudah kenakan I diam-diam, I sudah susun strategy untuk tidak dikenakan balik. apa yang sudah I lakukan ialah, I tidak buat dalam list as my team leader order. I ingkar perintah itu. Kerana I rase ada cara yang lebih selamat lagi. I buat task description yang paling detail siap dengan "Print Screen" shot dan step by steps, seterusnya I print task description itu guna printing color and do a copy for me sekali siap dengan ruangan tandatangan lagi.

So, selepas I ajar DIA 1 topik, I suruh DIA turun tandatangan pada task description untuk DIA dan copy task description I. Selepas I ajar, I siap bagi praktikal task lagi untuk DIA. I nak DIA feel how the real thing will happen in the future.

Bila I bagi praktikal, DIA still lagi tanya I how to do it. DIA tak nak refer langsung dengan task description yang I bagi. Padahal dalam document itu, complete steps dan information I dah bagi. Setiap kali DIA tanya I, I suruh DIA refer into the task description.

Semalam team leader I buat assessment for a 2nd time on DIA. Sebelum itu team leader I meet I dan minta copy task description yang I bagi pada DIA.

TL: You suruh DIA sign tak?
CikPetiteLady: Ada, end of topic ada tandatangan I dengan DIA. Even DIA punya task description pun I sign and DIA sign.
TL: Okay. Thanks. (Bit suprised when she saw my task description)

Semasa assessment semalam, team leader I so many times panggil I suruh I clarify information yang DIA bagi. Tiap kali lepas I clarified, I akan kata "I've already mentioned to you and already stated on the description. See here...." sambil I tunjukkan details dalam task description yang I beri.

On that moment, I boleh nampak dari "water face" DIA macam lost tidak ada point nak salahkan I tak ajar DIA...!!!! Alhamdulillah, strategy I berjaya. After that my team leader come back and meet me

TL: Nasib baik you prepared macam ni Za...(sambil tunjukkan my copy task description)
CikPetiteLady: (Smile)
TL: Kalau tak, DIA salahkan you lagi
CikPetiteLady: Owh...too bad for DIA. Sorry la.

Sejak daripada itu, DIA tak cakap dengan I langsung. Tak puas hati sebab I selamat dalam masalah DIA. Not my problem if DIA tak nak cakap dengan I, tapi DIA sudah kena remind banyak kali from team leader, if anything DIA must refer to me. Disebabkan DIA marah I, dengan ego sombongnya, bila ada masalah DIA refer dengan orang lain. All our team member aware this case. So tiap kali DIA refer to others, others akan cakap "You kene refer dengan Azza. Kan TL suruh you refer dengan dia....". Degil lah lagi, orang lain pun naik muak dengan perangai DIA.

Akhirnya, Ego dan Kesombongan DIA terpaksa dicampak ketepi. Semalam DIA baru refer dengan I balik. I pun treat macam biasa. Tapi jangan haraplah I nak suap DIA lagi. Penatlah. Dah lah buang masa mengajar DIA yang tak pernah faham-faham, lepas itu siap nak cari silap orang lagi supaya diri boleh terlepas. I cannot tahan with this person anymore...!!!!! After this, pandai-pandai lah you refer into the source yang I dah bagi. Kalau DIA nak mengadu to team leader yang I tak bagi coperation, I can say "Everything already stated on the task description. If anything unclear into the task description, you may interprete it and question me". And on that time, my team leader pun I think agreed with me. Pandai-pandai la bawa diri. Don't keep blaming other people...!!!!

Unplanning Last Minute

Petang tadi merupakan unplanning last minute chill with my former diploma a.k.a MAMALIAN friends. Affa yang kebosanan + kebuntuan duduk dirumah, ajak pergi karaoke. So I pun mulalah send sms to "available" MAMALIAN Alip, Put and only Has unable to join us since she have a outdoor job at Kuantan.

Mula-mula Affa, Alip & me pergi makan di OldTown Jln Yap Kwan Seng while waiting for Put & Piah from One Utama. Sambil sedang makan, di restoran sebelah kecoh orang berkerumun setempat di 1 kawasan. Dengar cerita, ular terlepas...!!! Eeee...how come ular boleh terlepas dikawasan tengah bandar ni? Especially di Jalan Yap Kwan Seng tu. The most busy road connected to KLCC & Jalan Tun Razak. Tapi nasib baik I tak nampak rupa ular tu, if not sure I pengsan disitu juga. I can't see snake.

Then almost at 7pm Put & Piah pun tiba. After that around 10 minutes we all pun pergi ke KTV Ampang Park. Sampai sana nasib baik tak ramai orang lagi, and we start karaoke around 7.50pm. Kami hentam berkaraoke selama 2 jam. Masa ini la masing-masing secara indirectly meluahkan macam-macam perasaan.

Lepas puas melalak 2 jam, kami pun pergi makan di Lotus. The thing that make me impress is, I ordered Mee Latna and the way them present the decoration of the food very intresting.

Our next planning is this coming 21 March 2009 attending Fie's wedding at Bangi. Dan seterusnya monthly activities will decide later.
